Dull aching one-sided pain, brown clot spotting.

Hi ladies. I’m just at 6 weeks and I’m experiencing some dull aching pain on my left side it doesn’t hurt but it is persistent and it becomes annoying. I’ve also been having some brown spotting with small clots. My bff said that everything is completely normal I’m stretching and my lining is shedding from the baby. I’m just praying this is all true. Have any of you experienced any of these symptoms with a healthy full term pregnancy??
