i ate ginger snaps to help with mine not to sure about the tea i also ate peppermint like crazy the red and white ones those helped more than anything but sometimes nothing will help but a prescription pill try a few things and if they dont help ask your doctor for something

I have a essential oil roller I made for nausea with Peppermint and Lavemdar. I didn't have ginger but it recommended it. I know it isn't the same as drinking ginger tea, but an idea for you. The peppermint and lavemdar mixed with fractionated coconut oil have really helped me alot!
