blocked tear duct.. poor baby..
what helps besides warm water/warm compress and massage.. to get boogery looking stuff or discharge out of an eye.. we did call the doc said if it gets puffy to go to the ER.. what else can help.. I feel so bad for her I wanna cry..😣😢
