Wow how do you do it?

So ladies my periods are extremely irregular (maybe if I’m lucky twice a year). So the doctor put me on provera. This is my first month taking it. And wow how do you ladies do it??? The cramps are killer and I’m soooooo moody. This is insane. I feel sorry for everyone around me at the moment!
