4 months no period

So it’s officially been 4 months since I had a period. I got my merina taken out in August and nothing... I even had them when I had it in, Wtf is this normal!?! I’ve taken preg tests, and they all say negative and can’t get into my Doc until Jan 9th. Has anyone else experience this? I’m so confused and worried.
