Letrozole

I’m starting my first round of Letrozole on Sunday and I’m really nervous! I had my tubes tied for 12yrs and in February had them untied then got pregnant with twins in May on our first try, lost them both July 4th and then had complications and almost died in September and had to have what was left of my right Ovary and tube out and still haven’t gotten pregnant. We want a baby sooooo bad but I’m petrified that what if it works and I lose another one???? I want to hear what everyone’s thoughts r. Please
