My 9 week old was diagnosed with milk protein allergy at 5 weeks. Only symptoms were some gassiness and fussy at night, seemed normal. But our pediatrician was concerned when found out poop was greenish brown. She tested it right there in the lab and found blood in the stool. I went off dairy and now Eva is fine w mustard color poop. I’d suggest seeing pediatrician for test so you can stop guessing. Best of luck. I empathize!

I don’t know if this helps, but when I was a kid I was allergic to milk in the sense that I’d break out in a rash and throw up within an hour of having any. 
My parents switched to a lactose free milk with formula and everything went away unless I had dairy again. Maybe talk with your paediatrician about the possibility, since you’re concerned about it. They might have more knowledge based ideas for you, opposed to personal opinions.
