How long does implantation cramps/twinges last??

Ive had sharp twinges in my lower abdomen for few days now I was wondering if it could be possible pregnancy... I'm due my period today but I haven't bled at all...

I had sharp cramping pain a week before I found out. I even told my primary I was concerned about a cyst and he referred me to the obgyn and SURPRISE! I'm pregnant!! I had cramping through week 6.

I had implantation pain just for one day, and brown spotting that same night, but I hear the pains can last for a few days! I waited a couple of days after and got a very faint positive so I'd wait a little bit before testing or you may still get a BFN :)
