So I was breastfeeding and had to stop do to getting yeast infection on my nipples plus cracking an bleeding well now my boobs as so filled with milk they are rock hard an so sore. what can I do to help them not be this way? Is t normal for them to be so hard. as wen I say rock hard I mean u can't even push on them at all. Really need help with this one ladys. how can I dry them up too
