I can't feel sex

So I'm seriously not exaggerating with that title..... I have full feeling in my clit but when it comes to vaginal penetration I feel nothing. It's numb. I can feel that there's something inside of me like the pressure and all but I feel 0 friction and 0 pleasure. It's just nothing. It feels like my nerves are just like dead or something. This has been going on since I became sexually active over 3 years ago. Can you imagine how frustrating it is to crave penetration and to be able to feel what it's supposed to feel like in your mind and then it actually happens and you can't feel anything at all? I want to enjoy sex so desperately does anyone know what's wrong with me without just telling me to go to the doctor because I'm working on that. My boyfriend doesn't know I can't feel anything because I'm really good at faking it. And it's not about technique or being relaxed or anything like that it's something physically wrong with me. Please help :(
