The BEST thing I did was STOP USING FACEBOOK. It was so incredibly hard because I was seriously ADDICTED. I tried quitting so many times but i finally did it and I’m so much healthier and happier for it. January will be a year I’ve been pretty much Facebook free. I’ve only gone on it maybe only 6 times within the year. 1. To post my sons one year photos 2. To announce we are having a baby 3. To check out someone’s wedding dress 4-6 to check out something someone begged me to check out haha. I’m on insta But have so few friends that I don’t have an urge to go on. If they can’t tell me about it over the phone then we probably aren’t even that close. I have snap chat just to use the filters for me and my one year old who thinks it’s hilarious..... and I have twitter that I basically just use to get in contact with companies who are hard to get in contact with bahah. And i follow james breakwell (xplodingunicorn or something like that) he is a funny Dad who posts things his kids say.

Yes, it can. People use social media to expose and exploit people. Not only can it ruin one’s self-esteem, it can cause depression, anxiety, can cause one to have thoughts of suicide, skip school or avoid going to work and sometimes can get one in trouble with the law, depending on what was posted and who posted it. 
There are people who have been cyberbullied to death because they felt that death was the only way out. So, I say yes! Social media is nothing but the devil.

Yes...if you allow it to affect you personally....which is a choice. Love yourself.
