12 weeks and spotting red every day

I went to the doctor twice this weeks and we were able to listen to a heartbeat with 160 heart rate. Doctor knows I’m spotting and told me not to get concerned unless is more like bleeding. It’s possible that I might be carrying low. He told me to take it slow and rest.

Most of the day when I wipe I see red blood. Panty liner is not really getting stained. I have no pain.

I’m really trying not to freak out and I’m constantly praying not to lose my baby.

Has anybody experienced this or is experiencing this??
