Thin, Watery Discharge

I’m 18 weeks today. Is anyone else experiencing a lot of thin, watery discharge? It’s coming out in little spurts more often over the last week. Usually I go without underwear when I wear leggings and such and I’ve had to start wearing undies and using like 3 or 4 pantyliners a day. Does anyone know how much fluid is too much? My water broke with my first at 35 weeks and it was a “slow leak” kind of situation so I’m paranoid. The gushes of fluid then we’re obviously much more than this but I’m still a little concerned. Anyone else experiencing this?
