confused please can someone help
so I got a positive opk CD9. ovulated CD11 temps went up as normal but then from 5dpo they have stayed low. now 12dpo and they have gone even lower. I had two tiny spots of blood on the 12th Dec n cramps..
am I out. can anyone give me some ideas to why my temps are so low after ovulation X
