Can jeans cause this problem?×I

I'm a little bit embarrassed to even have this question, as I'm usually the one answering these questions. I am a little concerned, though. So I don't wear underwear hardly ever. The only time I wear any sort of underwear is when I'm wearing lingerie, and it doesn't stay on for long

I also hardly wear jeans, and when I do, I try to get out of them as quickly as possible. Well, yesterday I wore jeans all day. I also didn't wear underwear. Today, I have an itch and some bumps on my labia, and they look and feel a lot like ingrown hairs but I wouldn't usually have ingrown hairs, because I keep myself trimmed. Anyway, could this strange itch be due to wearing tight jeans without any undies? If it doesn't go away in the next few days, should I be concerned? I've only had one sexual partner in all my life and that's my husband, so I know it's not an STD or anything like that.
