how do you convince an ex boyfriend to get back with you?

we broke up last monday and he is shrugging it off like its nothing but I know he still cares bc he gets jealous. he never broke up with me for a reason. he said it was because of my family treating him bad and I have talked to my family about it and they are sorry n I have told my ex 100 times that they forgive him for shit that happened but he never listens. I really like him but I feel like he is going through a phase or emotional problems as he does have adhd. help please xx
