Announcement question....

We already saw the heartbeat at 7.3 weeks and doctor said it looks like a good strong heartbeat, my question is when did you all announce? After a heartbeat was seen or 12 weeks? I’m dying to tell everyone but I want to make sure all will be well... I am 9 weeks now and can’t wait to tell! Lol
