Am I out?

Tested today at 12 DPO after I swore I had an implantation dip on DPO 9 (never had a dip before) and pinching in my abdomen the next day. BFN this morning. Period due Monday. Would the hcg be showing by now? Feel like it would. And has anyone ever had a white black testinf indicating nothing and then it turn to a BFP? Feels unlikely.
