Maybe a positive?

Hi Everyone,

My husband and I found out that our daughter, Margaret, had no heartbeat at 18 weeks on

October 9, 2017. My husband and I have been “trying” to conceive again since just before Thanksgiving. I’ve had one period since my miscarriage (I finished my period the day or so before Thanksgiving).

Last night, while wiping, I noticed some light red/pink blood. I wore a pad overnight, but there was nothing there when I woke up this morning. I am expecting my period tomorrow, so of course, the bleeding I experienced last night could have been my period coming early. But, the fact that the blood was only present when I wiped makes me think that it could be implantation bleeding. Could that happen this late in my cycle?

Also, this morning, I took a test. The time window is 5 minutes and around the 4 minute mark, the picture on the bottom was taken (the test looked the same a minute later). I know I’m super hopeful (and terrified!), but I don’t think I’m imagining the VFL. My husband said he saw it, but is skeptical because he wants a baby so badly and thinks he could be seeing a line where there is none. He is going to pick up a First Response (digital and manual two-pack) on his way home from his sales appointment this morning so that we can get a more accurate result.
