Should this murderer die?
So this is quite a sensitive subject, but I’d love to know other people’s views on this. This man has admitted to murdering atleast 30 sex offenders and now faces being hit with a death sentence himself for his crimes. Read these screenshots to get the story and then read my question below:

So my question is, should he receive a death sentence for this? Do you think that he should be excused because he was only protecting innocent people, or do you think it should be treated the same as if he killed a random person in the street?
I personally believe he doesn’t deserve to die for this. Of course murder is wrong in any instance, but where the law hasn’t worked effectively and this man has stepped in with the intention to protect people and get justice for the victims I think that should be taken into consideration when deciding a punishment. If I was the judge of this case I’d give him a thumbs up, a suspended sentence and let him be on his way. I think he’s done everyone a favour, even though he may not have been right to kill those people I certainly don’t think it’s wrong that they’re dead. I’m really interested to know everyone’s view on this!
DISCLAIMER: I just want to clarify that I’m not 100% sure this story is even true, I saw it on Facebook and just thought it was an interesting topic. Even if it isn’t true, I’d still be interested to hear peoples views on the scenario! http://ufconly.com/man-arrested-after-going-on-murder-spree-killing-over-30-registered-sex-offenders/ 👈🏽This is the link for this exact article
EDIT: I would also like to state that there are probably a lot of other factors involved and while I’d love to know them, it’s no use speculating because there are so many things that could be a factor in this. So my opinion ONLY stands if everything in this article is true - if the people killed were in fact 100% definitely dangerous paedophiles and if the man was genuinely trying to get justice for and prevent any more victims. It could be that one, some or even all of the men were actually innocent in which case my opinion obviously would be different, but I’m not asking about that. I just want to know what your view would be if EVERYTHING stated in the story is accurate, objective and certain, there’s too much that we don’t know about this to sit and speculate about whether the men were innocent, the killer was mentally ill, he was a rape victim himself etc we don’t know any of that it’s all just hypothetical so I’d just like to know your opinion based solely on the belief and stand-point that the article is 100% accurate please😊 (whether it is or not, again I don’t know🤷🏽♀️)
ANOTHER EDIT: I’m already against the death penalty, so my opinion may seem a bit biased on that part - I never agree with capitol punishment and never have so please don’t take offence if I disagree with you on that
