Does anyone else get worried that they will get too loose??

It's not possible to actually become loose; it's all a matter of how comfortable you are with having intercourse at that time. If you're really into it you might be a little more stretched than say a time when you're taking a litte longer to get in the mood.

Does anyone ever worry that if they do the splits they will always be stuck like that?  I don't know why this silly rumor is a thing. These muscles stretch and return to their original size just like all your other muscles. If you're really worried watch your diet (you are what you eat) and get your squats and kegels in.
