When do the period-like cramps stop?

I’m 5w5d 
I don’t have any spotting or bleeding. I keep testing and they’re all blazing positives. 
Every now and then I get cramps. Sometimes they result in gas, sometimes they vanish. But they feel like aching menstrual cramps. 
Is this normal?

Yes very common and normal. relax hun. if they come and go and you are not in severe pain and not bleeding just ride the wave. drink lots of water and rest when you can. I am 5 weeks 3days with my third. I have a 10 year old and a 4 year old I can't remember if I had the same issues or not, but what I do know is that I had to keep my mental state in check. It's easier said than done, but remember the uterus is a muscle and it's prepping for this little baby and birth. if the pain gets worse and you still feel uneasy call your doctor. Good luck hun and try to take one day at a time.
