hello I had a D and C on Oct 24th with my first child. At my 8 week check up I found out that my baby's heartbeat had stopped and no blood was flowing. He announced it was a miscarriage. Well I'm trying again and I was wondering if there are any tips or anything i need to do in order for me not to have a miscarriage again. And when the best time for me to try again. Any advice would be grateful thank you.
