Help!!! I’m 3 days late for my period. I took pregnancy test and it came out BFN. I was showering this morning and as I looked down I saw small dots of white on my nipple. I squeezed my nipple and 3 dots of breastmilk came out. Nothing after so I tried my other nipple and 2 small drops came out. 🤔🤔🤔

I haven’t breastfed for 2 years now. This has never happened before.

Any insight would help. I am so confused. I don’t know what to make of it.
