Does anyone else get dizzy when taking a hot shower, is this normal when you’re pregnant?

That can be very normal, heat will dilate your blood vessels causing your blood pressure to drop. Your BP is probably on the lower end anyways and with the drop you’re becoming symptomatic. No worries as long as you don’t fall. Just stay hydrated. Good luck mama!!

Yes this happened to me during the first trimester almost every time I showered... the only thing that helped was lowering the shower temp. I took cold showers.

It happened to me I'm so paranoid that I leave the bathroom door open so if I'm feeling very dizzy my husband will help me right the way , I  also lowered the temperature and that helped a lot .

Water may be too hot. When that happens you want to turn down the temp immediately
