Just wondering what everyones thoughts on here are. I am the least confrontational person ever. A coworker is mad at me for blind copying my boss on an email. The only reason why I did this was to see if they had more information on what was going on. Now she thinks that I betrayed her trust and “tattled” on her. When the email did not have anything bad in it. She didn’t get in trouble. She’s had issues in the past with other coworkers, and I have never experienced issues with coworkers before.

I only did it because my mentor advised me to blind copy my boss on it.

My mentor tried to approach her about the situation and she freaked out.

I feel like I need to talk to her but am scared after seeing how she blew up on her.

I can’t stop thinking about the issue. I am thinking about sending her an email and saying I didn’t feel comfortable approaching her in person. Is this stupid?

I am also pregnant and can’t deal with this hormonally if I get blown up on!
