Can you have 2 LH surges in one cycle???

I had a positive LH surge cycle day 7 this cycle and only watery CM. Had some weird symptoms today which made me want to check again this afternoon for LH like twinges both sides right more than left side. Ewcm also which I normally have but didn’t my first surge my opk was again allllllmost positive!! Well basically positive I believe anyways. Please help!!!
