So I was 5 days late on my period , I came on and I had unbearable pain I couldn’t sleep it had me crying my eyes out I never get it bad, just today a little gray thing came out of me ..

I think it’s possible it was a miscarriage, you should definitely call your dr to know for sure

I guess it would be hard to say as you never did a pregnancy test I’m assuming, sadly that’s the only way to say if it was or not. Some women pass clots in their period, everyone’s different and can be different from month or month! Wish I was more helpful xx
