20 weeks with sharp pains

Hey, so I'm not sure if this is normal but I haven't felt movement in a while and I keep getting sharp pains and throbbing right below my belly button. I'm not sure if the baby is moving because I am plus size and can't just put my hand on my stomach to feel a kick or anything. I feel flutters every once in a while but not that often. I'm kind of scared something is wrong. I can't see a doctor because they refused prenatal care for me with health insurance that only works when it wants to. Has anyone else felt this way and had a healthy baby?
