are these stretch marks???

im curious because i have stretch marks on my stomach, but i can feel them.. i cant feel these on my leg so i wasnt sure if they’re the beginning stages or something else.. 🤔 im getting the exact same ones on my lower stomach now at 7 months pregnant, so im guessing it is..
