My fertile window is coming up Dec. 25-31st and this is my first month officially trying going by Ovulation week. I know they say Every other day for low sperm count but how can you tell?

I asked my SO about it and he seemed to get a little defensive so now I’m unsure. And I feel Im stressing him out. Usually when he comes outside it’s like 3 squirts. (TMI) but I don’t think it’s a lot a lot. But it might be average.

Did you have sex everyday or every other day in your fertile week? And what was your outcome. I’m nervous to try and do it everyday and get negative due to low sperm counts and I’m nervous to do it every other day and not let it be enough.

Do you think every other day and then again on O day?

I’m also taking pre natals to help conceive.
