how do you kindly say no to someone asking to hook up at a party? i don’t want him to feel bad but sometimes i just dontwant to mess around with anyone

dont lie...be honest. just say "no thanks." or "im not interested" or whatever is true in that moment. no one should ever feel guilty about telling another person no.  it's messed up that  women (mostly) feel guilty for rejecting someone they arent interested in.

So I had few of them. my go to would be my friend that I was with and we had a signal if either of us saw it we were gay and together so it was a no go. that only worked if neither of us were hooking up. the others were I have a bf I'd I hadn't said that I was single if I had then I'm on my period. that was the kind way of saying no for me. if I really didn't want it and didn't care about being gentle about saying no I would just say no I dont want to hook up.
