Nauseous, headaches, or both?

Have anyone ever been nauseous or have headaches while you are on your period?
I’ve noticed a few times that I get very nauseous and have a headache while I’m on my period. I don’t understand why it is but curious if you have experienced this.

Yep. Before I got on the pill they were all like that, and with unbearable cramps.

I normally get migraines and nauseous at the same time. If it’s a major migraine, I end up throwing up. Sorry if it’s a little tmi

Oh god I get both about 4-5 days before my period, and during the first few days of my period. So horrible 😷

I've legit had a headache since Tue, AF came Wed and its now Sunday. FML 🤕 I've tried everything, nothing is helping.
