Wtf is happening 😬😬

So I go to the bathroom and look down and my labia minora looks like it was swollen . So I go to my mirror and look and it’s freaking fat. Me and my boyfriend had sex &’ it’s been feeling heavy down there for a few days could that be it? I’ve also had the Skyla iud inserted about 3-4 weeks ago, could it be a side effect? PLEASE HELP ME😭😭😭
