10 dpo
So I took a opk so I knew exactly when ovulation was. BD that night and am 10 dpo. Feeling super moody, constipated, no appetite and crampy in my lower back and lower left abdomen. AF came early yesterday in the form of brown blood. There is bits of red blood. But overall it’s brown. Implantation bleeding or AF?
