Glow says I ovulated 5 or 6 days ago but just yesterday I had fertile cm. What does that mean? Am I just starting to ovulate? Is sharp pain to your boobs a sign of pregnancy?

You can have fertile CM even when you aren’t ovulating, just like you can ovulate and never see any. Glow is an estimate based on averages. The only way to know when and if you ovulate is by OPKs and BBT.
