Have I missed my chance ???

So I’ve liked this guy for a really long time and on Thursday my friends made me and him kiss but we didn’t kiss kiss we only kissed each other on the forehead because when I went to he looked at me and he looked so scared so instead of kissing him properly I just kissed his forehead and he did the same and if I’m being honest I was so scared that he would kiss kiss me because I’ve only ever kissed one person and it was my FEMALE best. Friend and that was woah so I wanna know how can I tell if he wants to or if it’s all in my head HELP ME PLZ
