For the last 2 nights I've had period cramping but last night it rolled to my back all night long. My tummy has been tightening every 10 mins but the worst part is I feel like I need to poop but don't and I get really painful cramping lasting 20 sec or so...it has happened twice so far.. I am 38.4 days. I'm also nauseous

Am I in active labor or is this possibly the beginning?

The period cramping has been consistent so i only got an hour of sleep last night😢
