Blighted ovum 😢

So ladies around a year 1/2 ago I found out I was pregnant & I was soooooo happy!! The only thing in life I’ve ever wanted was to be a momma. I found out I was pregnant only being off of birth control around 2-4 weeks. After finding out a few weeks later I found out I had a blighted ovum. I then proceeded to have a miscarriage naturally. My question is now that we are trying to conceive again do y’all think I will get pregnant just as quick as I did last time & hopefully it’ll be a successful pregnancy. Please send baby dust our way.
