Do u ovulate twice a month?

Okay, so I have 2 periods a month only for a few days but every 2 weeks does this mean I ovulate twice? Or is it a sign of PCO?

I'd say a sign of pcos but you can get an OPK kit and test all month to see when you ovulate or if you do.
