Weird temps after ovulation?

I'm so confused.  High opk from CD 13-15, then peak opk on CD 16 and 17. I had ewcm and soft, high,  open cervix.  Instead of a temperature rise though,  the past 2 days I've had very low temps (97.19 and 97.16). I've never had temps this low before.  What's going on here? !

Glow and FF are saying I ovulated CD 17 but my temps usually rise higher, so I'm not convinced.  And if I did ovulate then, 4 and 5 dpo would be too soon for implantation dip right? Do you think maybe just geared up for ovulation and then didn't ovulate even with all those signs?  I'm so confused/frustrated.  I thought this month I finally timed things right with BD.
