PMS or pregnancy symptoms?

I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend of a year and a half. He pulled out and was as successful as you can be? (There’s always a chance it didn’t work as well as we’d hope!)
I’m on the pill, use it correctly, around the same time everyday! Been on it for years. We had sex on the second day of my placebo pills and I continued to get my period, like clockwork, two days later! It was a normal period, lasted the full five days, and then I continued with my next pill pack that Sunday.
My period is due in 3 days, and I’ve been having some weird changes in my appetite. I’m just more hungry! No specific cravings or anything weird, just hungry! And I usually don’t eat a ton. Besides that, I’m a little bloated and constipated. I don’t have any breast tenderness, I never do when I’m PMSing.
I’m just concerned that I’ll miss my period in a few days and may be pregnant. I know I’m probably psyching myself out and you’re protected even on your placebo days if you take the pill correctly. But I know that people get pregnant on their period and sperm can live up to 5 days.
Am I paranoid? Is it my normal PMS? Or pregnancy signs?

I think you should stop worrying sweetie. because if you think of it to much you can give yourself a hysterical pregnancy. meaning your brain tricks your body to have all the symptoms with out intentionally doing it. your in the green till your late then and only then worry. :)

People get pregnant on their period because they end up ovulating shortly after. You don’t ovulate on the pill.
