Nausea & food
So the last 3 days I’ve been vomiting at 4 in the morning. After that I have been trying to eat light such as Lipton soup but I need to eat more than just soup fruits and water. I feel like I’m not getting the most nutrients but I also don’t want to be up at 4am vomiting I’m trying to avoid it.
Can anyone relate? Or give advice?
