Please help

So I had a missed miscarriage. I found out thursday. Last night (19 days after baby died) I was in lot of pain and I passed the baby. I am worried because I didn't bleed almost at all. Since my pain started 17 hours ago until now I changed my pad 3 times. And even then I changed because I didn't wanted to where it to long not because it was full. It is more like light spotting. Is this normal? 6 months ago I had another miscarriage and I lost crazy amount of blood. But this time almost nothing! I'm worried not to get infected. Is this normal? I can't find anything on the internet amd I can't find my doctor on the phone.
