34weeks and 4 days can’t breathe

So I’m a care giver and a med tech I’m popping my meds and I feel really sharp pains that I can’t breath or move threw. Pains last about a minute. From the pain I feel so over heated like I’m going to fall my hearing starting to muffle and no matter how much water I drink it won’t stop. Has anyone else dealt with this??? Started last night I couldn’t lay on either of my sides so I ended up sleeping on my back the whole night every little move killed me. How are y’all dealing with this ?
