I think it's  just a nipple  callus,  and they go away

Lip blister. Happens when baby has a lazy latch. Get him checked for lip/tongue ties by an ICBLC or ped dentist.

It’s like a pressure sore. Can be a sign of not quite latching properly but also completely normal. My son had them for months that ran the whole length of his lips and never hurt him. Bring it up at next checkup to be safe but nothing to stress about
