Is this normal?

I pumped first thing this morning and was able to get an ounce from each breast. I’ve been pumping every 3 hours since then and have only gotten 1/4 of an ounce from each side. It that normal? Baby is only 5 days old. 
I just pumped for 20 mins and this is all i got.

Yes your body hasn't regulated yet. The more you pump the more your busy will produce.

what helps get more milk out is squeezing your boobs like lemons, not kidding, massage them and squeezing from your chest to your nipples and fo it all the way around all whole your pp, helps get the milk out

baby needs to be on the boob more ogten and it will trigger your breast milk to flow and producr more. The yellow is the best part og breast milk, the healthy fat they need.

yes that's plenty. baby isn't eating much and it take 3-5 days for your milk to come in and even when it does not all breasts react to the pump the same. that milk still looks like rich colostrum which your breasts don't make a whole lot of and especially when ypu try to pump it out. why are you pumping right now?

Thats more than enough. Babies tummy is so small right now. They really don't require much at a few days old. Be careful with pumping this early. You don't want to end up with over supply. Its a pain to deal with.
