I had a vvfl pregnancy test on Monday and also took a digital which was positive. According to my lmp I should have been exactly 5 wks on Friday. My friend did an ultrasound and didn’t see what she should see for me being 5 wks. She also said both of my ovaries look odd. She said either one could just be a corpus luteum cyst but she wouldn’t rule out an ectopic pregnancy. I haven’t had any bleeding or sharp pains. I also know for sure that I ovulated on Nov 26th which would be a later ovulation seeing as my last period started on Nov 10 (although I just had an HSG and af was earlier than expected). I’m just freaking out and wanted some outsider opinions.
