Someone please help

So my period has been a week late for the past three months and it just came a week early. I usually have a medium flow but it has been really light! I went to the bathroom normally the 2nd day of my period and there wasn’t anything. I was having really bad cramps and I never get cramps. Today I went to the bathroom and it was back. It hasn’t been normal and idk what to do. Is this okay or should I get help or something?
