I’ve lost a lot of weight and I’m getting worried

About seven months ago I weighed almost 160 pounds. I was unhappy in my relationship. I would constantly eat. I was also on birth control then and am no longer on it. I’m eating less but not exercising more or watching what I eat. I am going out more and I’m much happier in my current relationship. I’m now 119 pounds. Should I be concerned or am I worrying myself? I do suffer from bad anxiety, please don’t judge me.
